Paul, you wondered what I would say about the appointments to the board and to the meeting.

All three appontees sound like they have great credentials. Paracelsian could use their advice. Unfortunately, I think it might be too little too late. Charles Lindberg may have been one of the greatest aviators in history, but I doubt that turning control of the Hindenberg over to him could have saved it after the first spark ignited.

As far as the meeting goes. . . oh boy! I am overjoyed! They are finally going to have it three months after they are required to do so by the bylaws and one month before their money runs out. I hope the new directors can help Rhodes pull a rabbit out of the hat, but I fear that we are going to have to listen to him do his imitation of Porky Pig at the end of one of those Warner Brothers Loony Tune Cartoons:

"Th... Th... Th... Th...That's All Folks."

I am not a stockholder now, but if I can get my boss to give me the day off I think I'll buy 10 shares just for the entertainment value of seeing Rhodes sweat.

Robin
