Hi Mish, Dell sent me the replacement which I haven't yet found the time to unrap. However, with the set up I now have, one problem I did mention I had earlier has actually turned around to be quite beneficial. Windows 2000 doesn't have the drivers to allow multiple monitors at least not while using the the graphic card that I have, (ATI RADEON VE, with a MATROX G450 on the way). Instead you are left with one big screen view over the two monitors. With my Q-charts, I have now find this set up quite convenient. Am running two other PCs each with 98 2nd ed., same card, and a Toshiba note book. To be honest, I have found the quality of the two home builts superior to the Dell, but have heard on this board many favorable comments. Possibly I got a lemon, who knows. I will say that Dell is flexible on most of your wish list and what they don't have on inventory, will order at competitive prices. If you do decide to go with them, send me your e-mail to apply for the $100 "tell a friend" rebate.
