Phil,

> I know of no one having the ZIP/Jazz/Ditto drives.

Several folks at work bought Jaz drives for $399 two months ago and love them. I bought one also, just to try it out. It was fast! The 1 gig removable cartridge fit in my shirt pocket (the size of 3 stacked floppies, approx.). There was plenty of software that came right with the drive. One guy has 2 Jaz drives because his wife wanted one on her computer.

Two days later I sold it for $50 profit, my curiosity satisfied. As for the zip, I've heard good reports from people at work who own them but haven't paid attention to all the details.

In the near future I'll probably buy a zip just to be compatible with a number of friends who have them already. Also I want a Jaz for sure, especially if they ever make an IDE version.

Rick

P.S. I have a $10 put option on Iomega. I think $16 is a bit high. :)
