John, Now that I know we are going to 4000(3973) in November I will sleep less well because of what I imagine is his less than optimistic view of the future. This is what I worry about too. If we are too have another period of stagflation it will happen next year, not this one. I am hoping that tax cuts and especially some reform, plus an energy policy that addresses both supply and demand issues will help us avoid the 70's malaise that could come back to haunt us. Will we see Jimmy Carter in those silly sweaters and Gerald Ford with those WIN buttons? For those of you too young to remember WIN stands for Whip Inflation Now. In any case if nasdaq hits 3973, you and I John, should be the first ones to the exits after what happened to us last year. Mike
