Bocor - reasons behind OPWV trade

market cap 6.6 billion
last quarter earned +.09 cents
next quarter estimate is +.10 cents
next year is +.62 cents

next year forward PE is 63.50

This company is not a pos, but it is very richly valued in terms of market cap and forward PE.

Some pretty significant 144s were filed in late April

significant resistance at 40-41

On friday, after bouncing 3 of the lows, I thought it was a decent short at 36.40. Considering I didnt feel the NAZ rally would hold at around 1pm.

Then they started to fly based on a buyout rumor from a company that is having major problems.
at 40.65 I thought it was great short term trade, so I added another 1/4 position.

Notice in the current market I am not taking major positions for now until a downtrend resumes and playing lots of hit and run.

Once the rumor was made public on briefing, it was all over.
Classic buy the rumor and sell the news. Especially since briefing made it seem ridiculous.

I think low 30s (like 32-33) is very attainable in OPWV

I hope this shads some light into my thinking.
Comments more than welcome.
