Hi Syncie! Great job on working on that mortgage next! You probably know how I feel about debt and getting debt free. I've written on that a lot and firmly believe that ought to be a life goal for everyone to achieve. It's a great feeling to wake up one day and realize you don't owe anybody a dime! Frees you up to do so many other things in investing. Hope you are having a great weekend. RR
