Hi John,

I thought I heard him predict 3943 when I listened to NBR live. Thus the transcript would be correct. Usually these TA types do give a precise pinpoint number for the high / low or a date without any numbers. For Morrow to have provided both the date and the target high for the NASDAQ is unusual. While I tend to have a bullish disposition, I just can't imagine the NASDAQ getting back to 3900 this year. And while it wouldn't astonish me if it happened next year, I'd be somewhat surprised.
