Rick, there is one other thing that they could do that might buy them a little cash and buy them some time. If they could reassert their right to the Ah Immunoassay they might be able to lease the technology or sell the patent to another company. Of course, doing this would take a great deal of initiative and intelligence. I wouldn't count on this coming from Rhodes.
