I wouldn't call the mention of the 20% cap on foundry units sour grapes. There are always alternatives. But this 20% cap, if it is really, eliminates several speculative scenarios, such as AMD using half of UMC's 300mm Fab12 as foundry services to replace Fab25's capacity.
