Not knowing much about that, I would say that all of that could be true, without any sinister motives. The BIS could have been set up facilitate the Young Plan, which was set up to help Germany. The idea of helping Germany rebuild its industry so as to be able to pay back reparations seems sensible. I have heard about Prescott Bush's involvement in funding the Nazi's, but I don't recall any details. Tom Tom
