Our resident "forensic researcher" (LOL) has never bothered to let accurate information stand in the way of his posted assumptions which generally do not manage to show a logical thread or relevance to HRCT. If you wish to evaluate (not sure why you want to) Dr. Phan's degrees then you would have to obtain answers to the following questions: What are the dates the degrees were awarded? What subject were the degrees in? (Hint: not medical releated) What was the status of the colleges or universities at the time the courses were taken and the degrees awarded? If a private college, has the ownership changed hands since the awarding of the degree and has the work content changed since that time? Was the work completed under the auspices of any other college or university? Will any of this have any impact on HRCT's business plan? FYI: MIT (Yes, the one in Mass.) is currently making available all of its course lesson plans and course content on the internet for free. Is it possible for someone to learn about a subject without sitting in a classroom?
