Sorry about the dumb question, but do CUBE shareholders HAVE TO mail in forms to tender their shares (deadline is 5/10) related to the LSI buyout, or will the exchange just automatically take place? In the past, when a company that I owned was bought out, it just took place automatically. However, paperwork that I received from CUBE implies otherwise. I is confused... Thank you! Ray
