I've fished many times in a place frequented by humpback whales. There might be 150 boats there at the same time, all placidly fishing. The humpbacks take no notice, and they come back year after year.

Marine mammal harassment is another concoction dreamed up by ecowhackos so they can interfere in other people's legitimate activities. They need that because they have none of their own.
