Clinton inherited a $300 billion deficit, and left with a $250 billion surplus. He gave Bush a $550 billion/year advantage, and Bush is squandering it.

He has already declared the surplus to be "excess collections" and despite the fact that we are $6 trillion in debt he is sending half of the "excess collections" to millionaires.

If you step back and look at the situation objectively, it is quite obvious that you are being had by George W Bush.
