The creator, ARMS, says use the 10 DMA of TRIN (I am using TRINQ)to determine OVERSOLD-OVERBOUGHT. Don't know if I believe the chart on my web site. Notice that Apr 4, 2001 was around the time of 10 DMA TRINQ > 2.
Time will tell.
Do feel that New Nasdaq Bull Market began on 4/4/2001
