The Pullback Buy pattern is one of my favorites. It forms the basis for about 80% of my swingtrades on the long side, and a good number of trades I take intraday as well. The pullback buy setup occurs when, in the context of an overall uptrend, a stock shows lower highs and or lows over 3 to 8 bars. ( I like 3 to 5 best in most cases). When the pullback ends and a prior high is taken out, buying opportunities are presented for short term traders.
