With regard to the H&Q report, yes, it is quite drastic, but I think they're playing the game of managing expectations. They admitted it was worst case scenario. I believe WIND will surpass the H&Q projections with ease.

With regard to your quote:

I tend to agree with you in theory and have written some calls against my position. However with WIND you just never know. I'm surprised the premiums aren't a little higher given May expiration happens after WIND's formal report and conference call and after the fed meeting. Wind also said there would be significant announcements in the next couple weeks as well. I may be staring at some opportunity loss, but in general I agree with your assessment. Writing calls beyond June is a mistake I think. Who knows?
