I think I found a solution to this problem:

1. When you first start Realtick open a page that you don't use for trading.
2. Close the main toolbar and drag the chart toolbar from the top of the program so it becomes a floating toolbar.
3. Open up your trading page, it should appear the same way it did when it was last saved.
