My prediction: SW will survive. The directors etc. have a 31% stake in the company and do not desire to see that equity dissipate into thin air. Was it mere paperwork errors that got the company de-listed? The financial survival of a company does not depend on what exchange the company is listed on. It has to do with whether the company is able to operate profitably.
