<<Forshadowing a similar "liquidity event" for holders of LMNE sometime next year? >> actually, TOMORROW is the day the "lockup" period ends for LMNE.... what the crappy services DON'T tell you is the ONLY shares available will be those shares owned by Blachno and Spivey (they're still underwater, as they only make money over 6.25) ...oh, and the shares owned by MRVC.... if MRVC decides to use THAT as its "liquidity event", they'll see a HUGE shareholder revolt! in other words, there won't be any shares until the next lockup expiration in november (or if the LMNE shares are spun off to shareholders prior to that date).... the lockup in november is comprised of employee options at the price of $12.00.... let's hope we have the problem of shares being sold above that level in november....so, unless MRVC management does something REALLY stupid, this is a non event!
