UBS Warburg lowers estimates for AWRE. We are lowering our 2001 and 2002 taxed EPS estimates from $0.30 and $0.61 to $0.19 and $0.50. We are lowering our target from $30 to $15 based on 30x our taxed 2002 EPS estimate of $0.50. Funny how long it takes some people to catch on.
