here is my only concern:
3coms to cut 3000 (30%) jobs, it had also cut 1200 jobs, or 10 percent, on Feb. 26. so why the company continues to cut even more jobs if the tech is on the recovery track?? I heard the rumor one of major telco will have second round of layoffs. if the unemployment rate increases again next month, statistically we can't avoid recession. by then, R word will be all over the media. am i too pessimistic?
