Energyplay, I'm looking for home in Alameda or the Oakland Hills, where I can run into Timelord at the local Safeway. In those locations, the asking price for 3BR 2BA 1500 sq ft is now about $450,000. Lots of open houses yesterday, what a change from last year! There are still some buyers out there apparently. I will probably try to grab one should they sink to the $350,000 range. Also of course contingent upon me holding on to my job at COMS. Warp
