I pulled this synopsis of the Barron's article off of the Yahoo board, so use at your own risk.

Here's a synopsis. SFY is mentioned as one of several stocks that interest the managers of Delta Partners, a hedge fund. They like natural gas in general and SFY in particular in that the market is giving little or no value to the NZ assets which they estimate at 600-900 million barrels, with a value of $6/bbl in the ground. They say it is extremely rare for a company of this size to control such a field. $3.65 2001 earnings estimate is based upon $5.50 gas in the second half. Says analysts are way behind the curve in their earnings estimates for o&g companies (currently average consensus for 4th quarter gas is $4 even though future strip is $5). Also say that all the good O&G analysts that were around in the 70s and 80s are retiring. FWIW, these guys are also real big on gaming companies (e.g. GMTC).
