The 10Q is supposedly on track for release on the 14th.

And they seem to be receiving some favorable input from interest parties (although nothing more specific is available to us).

Bottom line is that they are still hanging in there and developing a product that will be able to compete here in the US as well as overseas with regard to capability, clarity, and price point.
