Nope, I don't get it. My resume is a shame, I have no knowledge of anything in finance. Today VLO bought UDS for almost $4 billion, or 125% of CORV's current valuation. Friday, UDS was trading at the following:

Market Capitalization $2.91B
Annual Dividend (indicated) $1.10
Dividend Yield 2.68%

Sales (ttm) $17.6B
EBITDA (ttm*) $1.07B

Return on Assets (ttm) 9.40%
Return on Equity (ttm) 30.62

CORV might never see figures like this, yet on Friday it traded at a valuation higher than UDS - a well known established company. In fact, JNPR doesn't see numbers like this and has a market cap of $19 billion.

Still a long way to go down for these overvalued tech stocks - long, long, long way.

Stocks are companies, not gambling devices, and as companies their valuations should be based on earnings and cash flow, not hope and glory.
