Verizon Comms (VZ) 56.20 +0.40: Reduces its international long-distance rates for domestic business customers by 11-18%; the
decrease amounts to an 18% drop for businesses that subscribe to Verizon's Talk to the World plan and an average cut of 11% for
customers of Verizon's International Savings Plan which was available only in New York; lower rates have gone into effect in all states
where Verizon provides long-distance service except Hawaii; see press release.
