This is not such a bad thing in the sense that Intel is swimming in capacity right now. The need for 0.13 is dire only in the mobile segment where there is a threat of Palomino.

Without Northwood, P4 performance on SDRAM is going to suck but P4 itself will probably do fine due to MHz advantage (as long as Brookdale shows up on time).

I don't see too many businesses converting to P4 before Brrokdale so Intel has a little bit of time before it needs to produce P4s> at >10Mu quarterly run rate. That kind of P4 ramp would need 0.13 and if 0.13 doesn't kick-in after Brookdale release, then there could be significant issues.
