Lonnie Here's a recent series from Winmag about system resources. I'm running the same system as you minus 128 ram. Hav you checked System Configuration Utility to see what's loading at startup. Have you checked your Programs/Startup folder to see what's loading from there? Have you dumped internet cache and temp folders of all the leftover garbage. techweb.com
