Scumbria, RE:"Prophet, Hope springs eternal for true believers" This thread has turned into another channel of court TV. The Lawyers have completely taken over, they love this stuff. From this point only the Lawyers will profit from Rambus. Lawyers fees will take care of any profits. Anyone hanging on will die a slow death. I've seen it happen many times before and predicted it over a year ago. Rambus will go down in history for bringing "Lawyers in Tech" to a new level. No that this has occured, expect litigation to retard the progress of tech even further. I would expect some Judge to just toss Rambus' claims out on their ear but there are appeals, other Lawyers, more Judges...to dine at the table...until Rambus completely dies. Under 10 and what's left of the mutual funds holding Rambus will bail. Jim
