I'm sorry I didn't explain what I meant. Many countries have terrible human rights records and therefore don't want the US to apply our standard. They prefer Libya and Sudan so they won't be scrutinized. Obviously, we agree on that one.

Also, I'm thrilled that there is beginnings of international law, with "Crimes against humanity" transcending time and borders. Prosecuting Milosovic and Pinochet may alter the way dictators, as Saddam from Syria, who killed many thousands in a village he was pissed at, act. I met a woman who'se family were massacred in that village. With international law being observed, we may get a far better world.
