Its my understanding that the primary reason for the increase in the cost of gasoline is the fact that the oil refineries in the USA are breaking down. With no refineries built since the early 70's, and a president that states we must increase are ability to produce. I am guessing that there will soon be a boom in refineries construction. Does anyone know which companies would benefit from this boom? Flint
