Its my understanding the primary reason for the high cost of gasoline is the USA's inability to refine oil. With no oil refineries built since the 70's and a president that stated we must increase our ability to produce energy. I am guessing that there will be a boom in the construction and improvement of oil refineries. What companies will benefit from such a boom?
