I'm posting this here since this thread has had some of the most serious talk about trader psychology. After having read other books addressing trader psychology (by Kiev, Tharp, and Elder), I recently read "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas. Reading this book I felt that Douglas really understood the problems that I've been facing. Nevertheless, I've found it to be difficult at best to actually make the required changes discussed in his book. Has anyone that's read the book had success with actually changing their behavior? Can anyone recommend ways in which in to achieve these changes? I would especially appreciate any comments related to the book since it seemed to so specifically discuss my problems but any constructive comments would be valued.

Thanks.

Mark
