Hello Ray,

When you put a 22k order out there, you are oversize. That allows the mm's to pick and choose what they want to fill without regard to your order for all practical purposes. They will try to line up buyers and if they can't, your order sits. I don't know if you have real time access but the bid was only BRIEFLY at 1. There was almost no chance for someone to place and get an order executed in that time. My guess is that the mm's had a buyer at 1.06 so they took enough shares from you to fill them. In a fast moving market, it is almost impossible to hit the top which was the 1 mark. Good luck with the rest as I hope you got 31/32 for it....

As to askew, I wish I knew what was generating all this volume because if it is a mag rec, we'll see .50 again soon.....
