Rich - I came across your reply by accident as you somehow didn't respond to me but rather to the head of the wrong thread. I can't find any serious disagreement with your comments. Between what should be rather pathetic numbers for at least a couple of quarters, the likelihood of another downleg to the overall market, and little recent history of the stock responding positively to news, it seems worth trying to generate some covered call cash for my taxable, bill-paying account while holding a larger position uncovered in my IRA.
