I am not sure we are on the same wavelength here. Aristotle considers that Prime Mover to be divine, but not in a personal sense, and, in fact, identifies the Prime Mover with the most fully actual being, the summary of the order of the universe, "thought thinking itself". This may be a "chillier" universe than one with a personal God, but it at least has structure and meaning. For Nietzsche, even this "Deist" conception of God is no longer credible, and the universe is an abyss, chaotic and without point, except as we will purpose ourselves.......
