No, not quite so simple. Nietzsche honestly began to entertain the idea that only a more highly evolved form of humanity could overcome nihilism, and be life affirming in the face of the abyss. Life would not necessarily be bliss, but it would be met with high spirits, so to speak. But, on the other hand, sometimes, even for us, when we contemplate the high points of human achievement, or feel our own wills overcoming obstacles and succeeding, or when we just find it within ourselves to live in a pure moment of experience, yes, sometimes, life is bliss.......

I am not quite sure how you are relating QM to things. To speculate: Nietzsche makes a great deal of indeterminacy, which is proven to be at the core of things by QM. On the other hand, QM suggests that there is a sort of creative effervescence and even willfullness at the core of things, and the fact that order is the result suggests both will and reason, or the continuous creative action of God. Tell me if I have gotten you right?
