Tito, great to see you posting. Those of us who have gotten shaken out during the previous cycle early recognize the importance to keep a strong position in AMAT on the up cycle. :)

I remember CEO Morgans words, "there are four phases, reduction in chip size, comversion to copper, the 12" (mm) wafer and the internet. The question, IMO, "What inning of the ballgame are we in and how long will it last? INTC has stated that they are working on the .13mm, copper chip and 300mm wafer. I have heard that we can reach .03 mm in the future. Therefore, we have approximately Moore's Law in affect for another 36-48 months or two more AMAT cycles.

If I recall correctly, Morgan stated that 2005-2006 was when AMAT will max. out.

Just my thoughts.

What are you projections for AMAT and potential price. Our AMAT NAIC figures call for a target of $104. However, we could potentially have another run like the last cycle.

Paul
