I think this would be a total new market for MSFT. I don't think they are used to a model where you lose money on the system to make it up on the games. This is a system that they are trying to manufacture and sell as opposed to PC's which are manufacted by other vendors. I think MSFT will have trouble making the corporate shift in thinking.

Given that MSFT has never been the best at writing compact code as is required for games, I don't think they have the software engining talent in house either.
