Dave, What I posted was not slanderous. Under the right circumstances a posted statement could be considered libelous, but not with what I posted. There is privilege when it comes to participants in judicial proceedings, government officials, members of congress, etc. If you were to look at some of Scumbria's postings regarding President Bush, they would put Scumbria up before a firing squad.

Sure I'm pissed about the outcome, but it appears the game is not over yet. Time will tell. In the meantime I will continue to keep my ignore button on so I can read some good posts. As far as the trial goes, I still say something smells fishy to me, like Mackerel, or if your prefer another word for Mackerel you can use SCUMBRIA. God awful bad smell! For those that are not fishermen, Scumbria is another word for Mackerel.
