Hank, I have a feeling that if you want to sue Rhodes you will have to take a number and stand in line. I wish you luck at making him squirm. It is not criminal to be a bad businessman. Nor is stupidity a criminal offense. I could forgive this because everyone makes mistakes. But the way he treated us with contempt by keeping us in the dark about material aspects that affect the company and refusing to call a shareholders meeting until 3 months after the bylaws require him to do so is criminal in my book. (And let's face it. He only called a meeting after some of the shareholders threatened to sue the company if the meeting wasn't held. Does anyone really believe that the meeting would have been held if the company wasn't under the threat of a law suit? Do you think he's holding the meeting out of genuine concern for the shareholders' welfare?)

I don't have the money to sue him. But I hope you can help him feel the same level of discomfort that he has made us feel the past few months.

Robin
