I think that's just about all of them...if not it's certainly the majority. Some states have partial electric dereg.

Recently, I think portage posted and article about a state on the East coast where price gouging issues were raised. You know the pattern--questionable plant outages...volatile spot market...the price goes parabolic...etc...

You're in MO right? They're not deregulated yet?...at least that's my understanding.

Should you find an area where dereg actually has resulted in mythical lower costs to the consumer (as it has been hawked) please let me know. I'd like to look at the geo-electric-poltical configuration of the situation and the surrounding states.
