You're almost right, Joby; SBAM has five or six coffee shops around
San Diego; however, I live here and it is VERY difficult to get any
kind of straight answer from management regarding assets, strategy,
or net worth.

There's so much "wrong" with their approach that I have stopped
watching the stock altogether. SBAM has a subsidiary called 3-X or
something, whose sole purpose is to sell SBAM stock via telemarketers.
I was told two years ago that they expect to earn $2 a share (when
the stock was $2.50); if this company has any money at all they're
keeping it well hidden. The princple flogger is a guy named Peter
Zubkis, and he does a great job of buying radio time on shows like
"Outperforming the Market" and promising that SBAM will be the next Starbucks

An article in today's Union Tribune business section says it far better than
I could. Check it out at uniontrib.com.

Yes, I believed their claims. Yes, I bought stock. Yes, I lost money.

Good Luck!
