There are lots of great executives that haven't made it big time yet, and lots of executives from well known companies that are bumps on a log. What is important is whether or not these executives have fire in their belly to be successful and whether or not they can work together, problem solve together, and stay together through the inevitable conflicts of direction and execution. The PR this morning was great and reached an awful lot of people. I don't want to demean these people by wondering about them, so I'm willing to watch and withhold comments based on performance. Remember SM is gone. That is excellent news. Best, G.
