agreement which allows consumers shopping at www.zimmermanstoys.com to
pay using eConnect's Bank Eyes Only payment system.
EConnect's eCashPad, which easily connects to most computers, is a
secured payment-processing device designed to allow easy and secure
transactions on the Internet. Through the use of a built-in magnetic
card reader, the eCash Pad allows the use of a credit or ATM card for
transactions over the Internet with eCashPad-enabled merchants.
