But Dell's news, while not really bad (except the layoffs and days off and "Q2 being even more challenging") also wasn't really news. I admit that a few weeks ago, they'd probably have gone up on the release, but they really said nothing of note -- except more layoffs. GE got turned away at 50 again. Now. . . is it mustering up the strength to try once more and pop on through? Or has it given up in frustration (like so many traders before it)? the freep
