Boots. Real estate question.Damn...can't find the annual report right now...anyway, one one page they describe their properties. My recollection is that they are leasing each, but also imply they own some of them ( why would you lease what you own? - are they leasing from themselves for tax advantages? For instance the Tokyo property is said to be perhaps included in the ADS sale...if not will be sublet. Doesn't that imply ownership? Or is it just their right to lease itself they could sell?).

Any way to figure out what they own from those notes? And what it might be worth. I know real estate is often carried on the books at purchase price, isn't it? And so there are hidden little gold mines in some stock that are hard to dig out. Anyway, I am so inexpert at this assessment that any education would be appreciated.
