Hal, the only real estate Ampex owns is the Colorado Springs property. I believe it is on the market and has seen two interested buyers. Quite possibly the second buyer is still in the picture. As I recall it was stated that AXC hoped to sell this property (and then lease back) and use the proceeds to pay off the bridge loan... Karen told one of the yahooligans that the Colorado property was the only r.e. AXC now owns....and as I read the year end report I noted the same.. I guess the company could use one of those "bridge" salesmen.
