Think about the very large successful companies you know which do not have unions. Many must compete very hard for talent. They provide the best of working conditions and perks. Times have changed and companies know that their workforces are valuable assets to be developed and nurtured. That is the mainstream of thinking in human resources circles. Times have changed.
